In this tutorial, we are going to learn how to add videos inside alphabets/letters in Canva using the frame effect. Let’s Start.
Step 1 – Go to Create a design on the top right of the canva.
Step 2 – Open a blank design page with width 1920px and height 1080px.
Step 3 – Go to Elements and type “Sun and Beach” for the background in Photos/Videos. Choose the beach background you like. For example I chose the video below
Step 4 – Go to the Elements tab on the editor side panel and scroll down Frames. Search for the letter/alphabet frame you want to use and add it to your design.
Step 4 – Here I am going to add the word “WAVES”. So I have added the first letter “W” from the frames.
Step 5 – Repeat the process of Step 4 and add the other letters too.
Step 6 – Now choose all the letter frames and resize it, so that it can fit on your design with same size.
Step 7 – Now select all the frame letters and Right click. Go to Space evenly > Tidy up. This will adjust the letter spacing equally in between the letters.
Step 8 – I am positioning the word “WAVES” accordingly on the sea shore.
Step 9 – Now go to Elements and type “Beach Waves” in Photos/Videos. Here I have selected the beach waves video that is below.
Step 10 – Just drag the video over the letter frame until it’s inside. It will be automatically placed inside the frame letters. Double-click the video to move or adjust it within the frame and select Done to finish.
Step 11 – Repeat the process of “Step 10” for all the other letters.
Step 12 – Select Share from the top menu and choose the Download option.
Step 13 – Select the file type you want to download your video as. Here I have downloaded my video as “MP4 Video” and Click on the Download button.
Step 14 – That’s it! Here you go for the final Video with awesome beach waves theme inside the letter/alphabet frame. You can also try this technique and create a beautiful video background as per your creativity.
